Deputy Attorney General Richard Jackson

An Oklahoma Native, Richard Jackson currently serves as the Deputy Attorney General for Cybersecurity, Technology, and Digital Assets in the State, acting as the subject matter expert on cybersecurity policy, regulation, and compliance; innovation and entrepreneurism; and the digital assets industry. Prior to joining the Attorney General’s Office he served as Information Security Manager at the City of Tulsa. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and energy management Summa Cum Laude from the University of Oklahoma, A Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama, several cyber security industry certifications including the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) designation, and maintains a Series 65 Investment Advisor Representative license. Jackson also serves in the United States Marine Corps Reserve as part of the Marine Innovation Unit Technology Branch as a Liaison Officer to the Department of Defense Office of Research and Engineering for commercial engagement in dual use technology applications and leads Task Force Sooner in the greater Oklahoma heartland region. In his personal time Jackson is the co-founder of an institutionally back venture start-up in the software and technology industry and serves as an Advisor and Board member to Oklahoma-based non-profits.

The University of Tulsa is now hosting monthly InfraGard Oklahoma Members Alliance meetings to support the in-person attendance of members in the Tulsa area.

Meetings will use the IT Training Room, RM 101, Zink Hall, noted on the campus map as #43. Zink Hall is a short walk from the visitor parking lots across our beautiful campus. 

Parking is available at any Guest/Visitor lot on campus. The closest lots are the Harvard Commuter Lot and the Reynolds Lot, both on the east side of campus, accessible from 8th and Harvard. See the campus map for details.
